The role supports the Memory Care Director by organizing activities, promoting participation, and coordinating excursions with compassion.

The position requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and computer proficiency (MS Office). Sundays, holidays, and some shifts include driving and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires Class C driver license; Class B preferred for transporting residents.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Health and safety guidelines may require vaccination and PPE as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in organizing engaging activities and excursions.
• Promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities and events.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and support teamwork across departments.
