Heritage House Rehabilitation & Healthcare is hiring a Memory Care Activities Assistant for part-time daytime shifts. The role focuses on creating a joyful, engaging environment where residents feel seen, heard, and valued, with warmth, patience, and genuine care guiding daily interactions.

The position emphasizes support for memory care residents, collaborating with the care team, and upholding the C.A.R.E. values in all activities and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.
• C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
