Job summary

Markle Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to enrich residents' lives with engaging, compassionate activities. Part-time shifts are available, and you’ll work closely with the care team to deliver person-centered care.

You’ll foster meaningful connections, plan age-appropriate activities, and support daily routines while upholding CARE values and safety standards in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• State-approved CNA training or competency evaluation program (can be provided by community).

Responsibilities

• Engage residents with memory care activities and social moments.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for varied cognitive abilities.
• Coordinate with care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance daily schedules and activity prep with compassionate presence.
