Ellore Senior Living in Irvine, California, is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Traditions Memory Care. You will organize, schedule, promote, and direct activities and excursions to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life, in alignment with our mission and values.

This on-site role supports a caring, five-star service environment. The ideal candidate loves seniors, has at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and preferably one year coordinating activities with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C driver license; Class B preferred to transport residents.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Safety and PPE protocols may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Memory Care Director in providing an engaging social atmosphere with high-quality activities and events.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles for resident transport.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
