Job summary

Providence Place Senior Living is seeking a Memory Support Activities Coordinator (Full-Time) in Collegeville, PA. This role oversees daily routines for residents in early dementia stages, develops and delivers small group activities, and leads morning resident meetings. Strong communication with residents, families, and staff is essential.

The position requires promoting resident well-being, coordinating with other departments, and enrollment of new Club members. Evening work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retirement living preferred.
• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily routines of residents with early stages of dementia in Assisted Living.
• Develop and deliver small group activities (Memory/Club Coordinator).
• Lead morning resident meetings.
• Assist residents in keeping appointments.
• Identify and enroll prospective Club members.
• Maintain communication with residents, families, and team members.
