Job summary

Providence Place Senior Living in Collegeville is seeking a full-time Activities Associate for our assisted living campus. You will design and lead a diverse calendar of programs that keep residents active and engaged, including games, exercise, music, outings, and community projects.

The role requires energy, creativity, and the ability to motivate residents to participate and even lead activities. You’ll coordinate with other campus teams to deliver a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and energy.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a calendar of resident activities.
• Encourage participation and motivate residents to lead events.
• Support activities using Dakim Brain Fitness and equipment.
• Transport residents on outings using company vehicles.
• Assist with food and beverages during activities.
• Maintain calendars, sign‑up sheets, and volunteer information.
• Collaborate with all campus departments on programs.
