Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator for The Club at Briarcliff Manor. You will lead memory care programs, oversee daily operations in partnership with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team, and drive high‑quality, person‑centered activities for residents.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree (preferred), 1–3+ years in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care or related senior programming, and relevant certifications. Benefits and DailyPay are included.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia care and senior recreation programming.
• Fluent or acceptable English communication required to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement the Embrace pillars in Memory Care programs.
• Oversee daily operations in the Memory Care area with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team.
• Lead 5–7 memory care programs daily and assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
• Provide education and hands-on support to community staff in partnership with managers.
• Develop and monitor programs to ensure resident, family, and staff satisfaction within budget.
