Oakmont Management Group offers an Activity Coordinator role at Ivy Park at Los Gatos in memory care. The position supports organizing and promoting activities to enhance residents' independence and quality of life, in alignment with company values.

The role requires coordinating a full-time schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–5:30pm, with a pay range of $21–$22 per hour. Benefits, safety, and teamwork are emphasized across California communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C driver license; Class B preferred for transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in providing a rewarding social atmosphere with high-quality activities and events.
• Promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities, excursions, and programs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
