The Birches Assisted Living in Clarendon Hills, IL is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant / Enrichment Coordinator for Memory Care to implement engaging programming for residents living with memory loss. You will drive our bus for outings and collaborate with a caring team to support Successful Aging.

Must have a high school diploma with on-the-job training provided. A valid driver’s license is required, and memory care experience is preferred. Schedule is fixed (8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Tue/Thu).

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Driver's license required to drive bus for outings.

Responsibilities

• Implement programming to support memory care residents.
• Create and lead activities to engage residents’ intellectual, spiritual, social and physical wellbeing.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to enhance quality of life.
