Job summary

Country Meadows in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an Activities Coordinator for memory care and personal care programs. Pay starts at $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with additional earning potential based on experience.

You will create meaningful experiences, encourage resident participation, and support arts and wellness across our community. The Memory Care schedule is full-time, typically 9:00am–5:00pm with alternating weekend and holiday shifts; Memory Care experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Experience in retirement living preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for new and favorite experiences.
• Drive residents' interest in a dynamic lifestyle to promote a sense of pride and purpose.
• Plan and facilitate events for memory care and personal care programs.
• Maintain documentation of resident participation in programs.
