Responsibilities include coordinating events, producing a monthly newsletter, and maintaining a robust activity calendar with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion in elder care settings.
• Ability to develop and adapt engaging activities for memory-impaired residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, implement and evaluate community programming for residents.
• Oversee scheduling of events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions.
• Develop, promote, coordinate and oversee community events.
• Edit, produce and distribute a monthly community newsletter.
