Laurel Parc Al At Bethany in Portland, OR seeks an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to enrich residents’ lives on the Memory Care team. In a full-time/part-time capacity, you will design, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities for groups and individuals, promoting participation and wellness.

The role emphasizes social connection, engagement, and wellness with a Tue-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm schedule. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living activities is required.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead activities program for residents.
• Maintain relationships with volunteers, contractors and vendors.
• Create monthly newsletter and calendar of events.
• Stay informed on research and best practices in activities and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
