Job summary

Laurel Parc At Bethany Village, LLC seeks an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our Memory Care team. In this full-time role, you will design, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities that enrich residents’ lives and promote social connection.

You will work Tue–Sat, 8:30am–5:00pm, develop engaging programs, maintain relationships with volunteers and vendors, and create a monthly calendar and newsletter. Strong organization, creativity, and passion for senior care are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living activities required.
• Minimum of two years related experience in wellness or activities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and other applicable software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop a program that exercises body and mind for residents.
• Maintain contact and positive relationships with volunteers, contractors and vendors.

Laurel Parc, a premier independent senior living community located just north of the Beaverton-Hillsboro area, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated Memory Care team.In this rewarding Full-Time role, you will design, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities that enrich the lives of our residents, both in group settings and through individualized engagement. The Activities Coordinator plays a key role in fostering resident participation, promoting social connection, and supporting overall wellness.The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about serving seniors. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
