Job summary

Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant in Memory Care for a temporary role. The position entails planning and conducting programs that offer physical, social, and emotional opportunities for residents of the facility.

You will help foster community participation and oversee various activities, ensuring residents feel engaged and valued. Joining our family-operated company, you will experience personalized management and support in your efforts to make a difference

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting programs for residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Oversee daily care of animals/plants within the activities program.
• Maintain inventory of activity supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments for activities.
