Job summary

VP Advantage Services LLC / Vantage Point Retirement Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to support memory care residents by planning, scheduling and conducting engaging programs that foster physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual well‑being. You will collaborate with residents, invite participation, and help keep calendars and materials organized.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• One to three years’ experience preferred in assisted living or senior care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct programs for residents' physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Invite and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Coordinate events from planning to execution and maintain calendars.
• Maintain activity areas and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure equipment and supplies are available.
