Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Activities Assistant to join the Memory Care Unit. You will plan and lead engaging programs to support residents’ emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being, bringing joy and connection to those living with memory loss.

The role involves small group and one-on-one activities, a respectful environment, and participation in special events. A team-oriented mindset and dedication to resident-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Compassion and patience when working with seniors, especially those with dementia.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in activities, caregiving, or senior living preferred (but not required).

The Activities Assistant helps plan and lead engaging programs that support residents’ emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. Every day is an opportunity to bring joy, comfort, and connection to our residents.
