Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management seeks an Activities Coordinator to plan and implement resident activity programs within the community. You will work with the Director of Memory Care to design engaging activities and manage a department budget.

You will advocate for residents and families, provide education and support, and model professionalism in all interactions, while maintaining records and coordinating with staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating resident activities.
• Ability to work with Memory Care Director and families.
• Budget development and expense monitoring.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing community resident activity programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Memory Care to plan activities.
• Develop a budget to support activities and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
• Recommend policies to support residents' spiritual, social, recreational and emotional needs.
• Advocate for residents and their families.
• Provide direct services to families through education and support.
• Lead by example with professionalism in interactions.
