Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purpose-driven Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will develop, adapt, and lead engaging activities that foster dignity, connection, and meaningful moments in a resident-centered program.

Qualifications include 1+ year memory-impaired senior experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
