Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New York is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to lead memory-care programs and create meaningful daily activities for residents.

You will tailor life skills, coordinate groups, and document participation to meet care standards, while supporting colleagues and volunteers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Pay Range: 16.50 - 20.63

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
