Job summary

Carriage Services is seeking a Memorialization Program Specialist to manage end-to-end marker design, ordering, delivery, and installation across cemetery locations. You will focus on backlog reduction, ensure timely fulfillment, and collaborate with cemetery teams to prevent future delays.

The role requires coordinating with Managing Partners and Sales Managers, training staff, and traveling to high-volume sites to drive process improvements and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in operations, project management, revenue cycle, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-site, multi-step process and hold local teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design, order, delivery, and installation for backlog markers.
• Coordinate with Managing Partners and Sales Managers to clear backlog.
• Develop standard processes and documentation for marker delivery from sale to installation.
• Identify root causes of undelivered revenue and minimize new backlog.
