Job summary

CHS seeks a hands-on Memorials Associate to perform sandblast and Insimar inscriptions at two cemeteries and assist in general memorial operations. The role may involve directing traffic during peak visitation days and covering for an absent crew member.

You will also onboard new staff, maintain required skill updates, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations in a respectful, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Layout design experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of computer office software.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Executes memorial inscriptions for two cemeteries.
• Assists on general memorial operations.
• Directs traffic during special visitation days.
• Cover duties in the absence of a crew member.
• Provide orientation to new employees as needed.
• Maintain mandatory skill updates and comply with policies.
