Job summary

Carriage Services is seeking a Memorialization Program Specialist to manage the end-to-end design, order, delivery, and installation of memorial products across cemetery locations. The role focuses on clearing backlog, improving processes, and preventing future undelivered revenue by applying standardized workflows and proactive training.

• Associates degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design, order, delivery, and installation of memorial markers across locations with backlog.
• Confirm marker designs exist; if so, advance to ordering and installation.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners, Sales Managers, and staff to clear backlog and keep new orders moving.
