Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team performance through coaching and discipline.
• Recruit and train a sales staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for the location(s).
• Develop and implement sales initiatives to energize the team.
• Generate sales leads from community and referrals.
• Analyze sales results to plan for success.
• Report sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Ensure contracts, commissions, and pricing are correct.
