Upper Deck in Carlsbad, CA seeks a UDA Associate Product Development Specialist to assist in conceptualizing and maintaining product portfolios across Sports and Entertainment Memorabilia. You will help create innovative products aligned with sales goals for wholesale, retail, and hobby channels.

The role partnerships with executives, Sales, Brand and Legal to evaluate licenses, manage schedules, and ensure quality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Product Development, Design and Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in sports industry or sports product development.
• Strong knowledge of sports memorabilia markets is highly recommended

Responsabilités

• Support management of licensed product portfolios with executives and legal teams.
• Analyze market trends and plan inventory ranges with SKU considerations.
• Assist in developing categories and products per licensed portfolio strategies.
• Support product development through design, materials, timelines, and supplier selection.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with codes of conduct.
• Collaborate on marketing materials, trade shows, and launch strategies.
