Responsibilities

• Acquire and deliver autographs, game-used equipment, and assets by scheduled dates.
• Travel regularly, including international trips, often with little notice.
• Create Purchase Order releases in JDE for talent contracts and payments.
• Coordinate signing sessions with talent, agents, and partners to meet deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with agents, athletes, leagues, and teams.
• Conduct private UDA memorabilia signings as requested; travel and events included.
• Support other duties as assigned.
