Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication; knowledge of sports and entertainment industry preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, troubleshooting, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deliver autographs, game-used equipment, and other assets by scheduled dates.
• Coordinate signing sessions with talent, agents, athletes and partners.
• Create Purchase Order releases in JDE for talent contract purchases and provide payment info.
• Collaborate with internal staff to meet product deadlines and resolve issues.
• Travel regularly, including international trips, often with little advance notice.
• Maintain relationships between the Company and agents, athletes, leagues, and teams.
