YMCA of Coastal Georgia welcomes guests and members at the Welcome Center, handling inquiries, tours, registrations, and basic sales while safeguarding safety and cleanliness. The Attendant serves as the facility’s friendly first point of contact.

Key responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and reporting issues. CPR/First Aid readiness and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Register memberships and process program or facility registrations.
• Ensure safety and report facility issues promptly.
• Support retention and fundraising efforts.
