ACA in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help AAA members with memberships, insurance referrals, and travel planning. You will handle Roadside Assistance requests, cashiering, and ID services, contributing to sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
