Job summary

AAA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tulsa, OK to promote memberships, process travel plans, and handle roadside assistance calls. You’ll work a 37.5-hour week with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday shifts. Notary licensure within 6 months is required or pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
