Walmart Inc. is hiring a full-time front-end supervisor at Sam's Club in Tulsa, OK. You will supervise associates, assign duties, provide training, and reinforce member service standards to resolve issues per company guidelines.

You will also handle memberships, transactions, and store operations while supporting recruiting, scheduling, and performance coaching in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer $21.00-$29.00 per hour plus benefits, PTO, tuition programs, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including front-end equipment operation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: leading a front-end team and supervising experience (hiring, evaluating, mentoring)

Responsabilités

• Supervise associates in assigned area and provide direction and training.
• Assist with membership processing and sales events.
• Manage cashier operations and provide member service.
• Ensure compliance with Open Door Policy and company policies.
