UFC GYM Mililani is seeking a Membership Specialist to drive growth by sharing the UFC GYM mission, building relationships with prospective members, and guiding them through the enrollment process with high-energy service.

You will lead outreach, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, and deliver engaging club tours to showcase MMA-inspired programs and facilities. Competitive base plus commission and benefits support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
• Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
• Traits: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement.
• Appointment Setting: Manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit daily and monthly appointment and guest goals.
• The Fitness Tour: Deliver a world-class tour to 100% of guests, showcasing our MMA-inspired facility and training programs.
• Closing: Confidently present membership options and help new members enroll in the plan that best fits their goals.

• Member Integration: Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community.

Operations & Teamwork

• Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members.
• Data Integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system.
• Club Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests.
