UFC GYM in Waipahu, HI is seeking a Membership Specialist to drive growth through high-energy sales, outreach, and exceptional member service. You will build relationships with prospective members and help them start their fitness journey with MMA-inspired programs.

The role emphasizes lead generation, appointment setting, and presenting membership options that meet goals, while delivering an outstanding in-club experience.

Formación

• Strong sales experience; fitness/retail/hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with lead management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation through phone calls, outreach, and social media.
• Manage the sales pipeline to hit daily and monthly goals.
• Deliver engaging fitness tours to guests and showcase programs.
• Close memberships and present options that fit goals.
• Provide a welcoming, high-energy member experience and follow up after enrollment.
• Collaborate with coaching and operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Community Outreach

• Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement.


• Appointment Setting: Manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit daily and monthly appointment and guest goals.


• The Fitness Tour: Deliver a world-class tour to 100% of guests, showcasing our MMA-inspired facility and training programs.


• Closing: Confidently present membership options and help new members enroll in the plan that best fits their goals.

Member Experience & Engagement

• First Impressions: Provide a welcoming, informative, and high-energy experience for every person who enters the gym.


• Member Integration: Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets.


• Brand Ambassador: Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community.

Operations & Teamwork

• Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless \"hand-off\" for new members.


• Data Integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system.


• Club Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.


• Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.


• Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.


• Traits: A self-starter with a \"can-do\" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
