Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting value of products and services.
• Processes membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales events to meet membership goals.
• Completes tasks such as pulling orders, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Delivers member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
