Primetime Fitness in Michigan is seeking a friendly front desk agent to welcome members, handle check-ins, and create a positive experience.

This part-time, in-person role includes helping members with information, booking referrals, and promoting membership services. Training is provided as part of a growth-minded team.

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of the sales presentation.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
