Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic front desk agent to welcome members, answer questions, and guide guests through membership options. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive environment and supporting growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates will actively generate appointments, perform gym tours, and enroll prospects while maintaining accurate records in our VFP systems. A friendly, energetic attitude and knowledge of gym equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• Create a positive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, demos, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects and enroll them in memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to inform members.

Responsibilities

• Sell membership services during regular sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness and readiness of the gym.

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
