Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking an amazing front desk agent for a part-time, in-person role. You will greet members, answer questions, and promote memberships while maintaining accurate records in our club systems.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours for prospects, and enroll new members. This position offers a 4-hour or 8-hour shift with various times, including mornings and evenings, and an employee discount benefit.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to enroll members and explain membership options.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to generate appointments and follow up with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and calls.
• Tour prospects and enroll them in gym memberships.
• Inform members about services and equipment.
• Continuously promote membership services during sales pitches.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
