Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a part-time front desk agent in Michigan (Clinton Charter Township). The role focuses on creating a welcoming check-in experience, promoting memberships, and guiding prospects through tours and enrollment.

The position emphasizes selling membership services, maintaining records in Crunch Fitness VFP systems, and ensuring a clean, welcoming facility. Evening shifts are available, with both 4-hour and 8-hour blocks, and the work is in-person at the gym.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
