Job summary

Crunch Fitness Campus is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to join our front desk team part-time. The role focuses on greeting members, assisting with check-in, answering questions about memberships and services, and enrolling new members. You will also help with tours, referrals, appointments, and closing duties.

Availability for weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts is required. This is an in-person, campus-based position with opportunities for growth within the Crunch

• Complete facility walk-throughs and help maintain a clean, organized club.
• Support evening operations and complete assigned closing duties.

Here we grow again! Crunch Fitness Campus is looking for an energetic, dependable front desk team member who can help cover weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts.

Availability for evening and weekend closing shifts is required for this opening. If you enjoy connecting with people, supporting a welcoming gym environment, and helping others reach their fitness goals, we’d love to meet you!
