Crunch Fitness, a leading fitness brand, seeks a front desk agent in Ohio to welcome members, check-ins, and service inquiries. You will generate appointments through referrals, demos, and calls, and enroll prospects into memberships.

You will stay knowledgeable about memberships and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions. You will continuously promote membership services during sales presentations and maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP systems.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
