Job summary

Massage Envy Clay is hiring a Membership Sales & Wellness Advisor to drive memberships, enhancements and retail sales while delivering an outstanding client experience. You’ll build lasting relationships with members and prospects, promoting wellness programs and services.

You’ll work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals, participate in product knowledge trainings, and maintain a welcoming lobby and treatment spaces in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling memberships, enhancements and retail products
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
• Membership Sales Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the Massage Envy services, programs, and products
• Creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere ensuring that the lobby, front desk, retail shelves, tranquility and treatment rooms are clean, organized, well-stocked and ready for clients.
• Helping to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting front desk staff with filing, organizing, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed so they're prepared to focus on clients.
• Supporting the delivery of our brand promise, "We help you take care of you," by ensuring that treatment rooms are client-ready and that service providers have everything they need to deliver amazing services.
• Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
• Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
• Answering phone calls.
• Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
• Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
• Promoting the Wellness Program.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Staying updated on retail products and promotions.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Membership Sales & Wellness Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, enhancements and add-on service goals. Membership Sales Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the Massage Envy services, programs, and products. Above all, Membership Sales Advisors have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.
