Genesis Health Clubs is hiring for a full-time Fitness Advisor to join our Kansas City sales team. The role focuses on new member acquisition, retention, and meeting daily sales quotas within a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsibilities include prospecting, documenting all activity, attending sales meetings, and collaborating with retention teams to maximize participation. Previous health and fitness experience is a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Works closely with retention departments to ensure high participation in the facilities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Preform other duties and assignments as necessary or required.
