Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring at our Hendersonville, TN studio to welcome guests, explain the OTF concept, and guide new members through their first workout. You will tour the studio, collaborate with trainers, and drive memberships to help the studio thrive.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Giving studio tours.
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

We are looking for an energetic, dependable Sales Associate to join our OrangeTheory Fitness Hendersonville team. This position is specifically for EVENING availability Tuesday-Friday 3:30-7:30.
