A leading fitness company in Richmond, Virginia is seeking enthusiastic individuals for customer interaction roles. You will engage with clients, share your passion for fitness, present workout concepts, and assist in selling memberships to enhance the studio's success. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Formación

• Must be passionate about fitness and able to motivate others.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Here’s more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
