Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Hendersonville is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for evening shifts (Tue–Fri, 3:30–7:30). You will greet guests, present the Orangetheory concept, give tours, and guide intros with trainers to convert inquiries into memberships.

We are looking for an energetic, dependable Sales Associate to join our OrangeTheory Fitness Hendersonville team. This position is specifically for EVENING availability Tuesday-Friday 3:30-7:30.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
