Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic studio representative in Norcross, GA to engage guests, present the OTF concept, give tours, and guide new members through their first workout.

You will drive memberships through friendly outreach, participate in events, keep the studio clean and organized, and thrive in a collaborative, energetic environment that champions passion, integrity, accountability, innovation and community.

Qualificações

• Must be enthusiastic and able to communicate clearly with customers
• Able to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients and partners
• Willingness to participate in marketing and outreach events

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers, known as intros
• Give studio tours
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through the first workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized

• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
