Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will greet members, present the OTF concept, provide studio tours, and guide intros with trainers.

The role includes selling memberships and following up with prospects, while supporting marketing efforts and maintaining a clean studio. Ideal candidates are passionate, positive, and great communicators who thrive in a team and are eager to help people change their lives

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Giving studio tours.
• Guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
