The Little Gym is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Membership Sales Specialist to join our team in a remote position. As we expand from one successful location to multiple locations across the region, we need a dedicated sales professional to connect with families and help them discover the benefits of The Little Gym experience.

About Us

The Little Gym is the world's premier experiential learning and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs help children build emotional, intellectual, and social skills through gymnastics, movement, and play. We are in an exciting growth phase with one thriving location and two more in pre-sales development.

The Role

As our Membership Sales Specialist, you'll be the voice of The Little Gym to prospective and current families, building relationships that convert leads into loyal members. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with our in-gym teams while managing your schedule and workflow independently.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Contact leads via phone and text to schedule intro classes
  • Follow up with families post-visit to convert to memberships
  • Conduct pre-intro visit confirmation calls
  • Drive pre-sales for new locations, building memberships before opening
  • Upsell additional services (birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights)
  • Collaborate with in-gym teams to understand family needs
  • Maintain detailed notes in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes
Candidate Profile
  • Proven sales success, especially in membership sales
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
  • Genuine enthusiasm for child development and family programs
  • Ability to connect with parents and address concerns
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and independent worker
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
  • Availability during East Coast business hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with The Little Gym as a parent or staff
  • Background in children’s activities, education, or family services
  • Understanding of membership-based models
  • Experience working remotely
  • Knowledge of gymnastics or early childhood development
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay plus performance-based commission
  • On-target earnings of $45,000-$50,000/year (full-time)
  • Flexible, remote schedule

Hours & Expectations
  • 20-40 hours/week, flexible
  • Availability during peak parent communication times (weekday evenings, weekends)
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
