Responsibilities

• Promote BJ’s value proposition for acquisition, retention, and member perks.
• Pitch membership programs to potential and current members.
• Sell BJ’s memberships with high energy and determination.
• Drive toward defined performance benchmarks and goals.
• Assist with membership applications, renewals, and related inquiries.
• Provide superior, friendly member service and resolve issues.
• Support with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders.
• Maintain adherence to club policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular attendance as an essential duty.
