Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Florida is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to promote membership programs, enroll new members, and resolve member inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for membership, credit card applications, and product lookups, driving sales with energy and a member-first mindset.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, handling returns, exchanges, and pick-ups while maintaining the club’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s membership programs to potential new and existing members.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with company policies.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members by serving as a first line point-of-contact regarding membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look up, and pick-ups.
• Assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIS) orders and maintains club policies and procedures.
