Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Manor Township, PA, is hiring for a front-line membership sales role. You will promote BJ’s value, pitch membership programs, and process member interactions with a focus on fast, friendly service.

Experience in customer service or sales is preferred; strong math and computer skills help you succeed. The role includes working with the loyalty program, checkout, returns, and online orders where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with policy.
• Sells BJ’s membership products to new and existing members with high energy and determination.
• Drives toward goal achievement defined by business benchmarks and results.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members for membership, credit card applications, returns, lookups, and pickups.
• Follows tax-exempt/resale policies for renewals and status; resolves member concerns courteously.
• Assists with BOPIC orders for members and maintains club policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
